<p class="wp-block-paragraph">5) <strong>Finalize a sopa de cenoura com manteiga e limão</strong>:</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Você não vai acreditar na diferença que uma colher de sopa de manteiga faz no resultado final desta receita. Ela deixa o sabor da sopa de cenoura mais delicioso e cremoso, mas sem entorpecer os outros sabores, como o creme de leite faz. Isso mesmo, as sopas podem ser cremosas, mesmo sem a adição do creme de leite. Adicione um pouco de suco de limão, pois ilumina a sopa após finalizada.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>INGREDIENTES PARA FAZER A SOPA CREMOSA DE COUVE-FLOR:</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A base desta sopa cremosa de couve-flor são os vegetais e eu adoro. Com isso, ajuda a tornar esta sopa realmente rica em fibras e como adicionamos algumas lentilhas, obtemos também um pouco de proteína.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aqui está o que você precisa:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Couve-flor</strong>: que você vai querer cortar em florzinhas.</li>



<li><strong>Cebola</strong>: pode ser cortada em 4 pedaços, já que estamos assando.</li>



<li><strong>Alho</strong>: deixado inteiro, porque também vamos assar!</li>



<li><strong>Cúrcuma</strong>: estamos dando aos nossos vegetais uma forte dose de cúrcuma. Portanto, isso dará à sopa sua cor linda e um sabor único.&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Cominho</strong>: Eu adoro combinar cominho com açafrão, pois adiciona um pouco de sabor único e é tão delicioso!</li>



<li><strong>Lentilhas vermelhas</strong>: escolhi lentilhas vermelhas porque cozinham rápido, mas você também pode usar o feijão, se quiser.</li>



<li><strong>Caldo de vegetais</strong>: só porque é mais saboroso que a água e precisamos de líquido para misturar nossa sopa. <li><strong>Leite</strong>: um toque de cremosidade. Você pode usar a minha receita de <strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-leite-de-coco-caseiro/"><u>Leite de Coco</u></a></strong> ou leite de amêndoas. O leite de amêndoas não é rico como o leite de coco e realmente não tem sabor, por isso é ótimo em sopas. Para uma sopa mais rica e cremosa, eu usei o leite de coco.  Além disso, o leite de coco também deixa a sopa mais encorpada.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER SOPA DE COUVE-FLOR COM LENTILHA E CÚRCUMA?</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Fazer essa sopa cremosa de couve-flor é muito fácil. Você só precisa de uma panela, assadeira e um pouco de tempo para deixá-la ferver.</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Asse os vegetais</strong>: comece assando a couve-flor com um pouco de alho, cebola, azeite e especiarias. Isso dará à sopa um sabor um pouco defumado.</li>



<li><strong>Deixe ferver</strong>. Assim que seus vegetais estiverem assados, comece a montar a sopa. Seus vegetais, lentilhas vermelhas, caldo e leite (não lácteo) irão ferver até que as lentilhas vermelhas estejam macias.</li>



<li><strong>Bate tudo no liquidificador!</strong> Você pode usar o liquidificador ou processador de alimentos para obter uma textura lisa.</li>
