<h2 class="wp-block-heading">COMO FAZER BOLO DE CENOURA COM COBERTURA DE CHOCOLATE</h2>

<li>Pré-aqueça o forno à 180°C. Unte com óleo de coco e polvilhe com farinha de arroz uma forma de bolo com furo no meio.</li>



<li>Em um tigela grande, misture a farinha de arroz, amêndoas, o polvilho doce e linhaça, reserve.</li>



<li>Descasque e corte as cenouras em pedaços. No liquidificador bata os ovos, o óleo de coco ou manteiga ghee e as cenouras até virar um creme. Acrescente o açúcar demerara e bata novamente.</li>



<li>Adicione o conteúdo do liquidificador na tigela com as farinhas e misture com auxílio de um fouet (batedor de claras) ou uma espátula, até fica homogêneo.</li>



<li>Por fim, acrescente o fermento apenas misturando de leve com uma espátula.</li>



<li>Transfira para a forma preparada. Asse por 30 &#8211; 40 minutos ou até que o palito saia limpo.</li>

Por último adicione o fermento em pó, misture com uma colher ou espátula. (Você também pode fazer essas panquecas de banana com aveia sem usar o liquidificador. É so amassar a banana com um garfo, adicione ovos, misture bem e adicione os ingredientes restantes. Misture até obter uma massa homogênea.)</li>



<li>Pré-aqueça uma frigideira antiaderente em fogo médio e unte-a com óleo de coco ou manteiga.</li>



<li>Despeje a massa na frigideira para formar as panquecas. Cozinhe por cerca de 2-3 minutos de cada lado, ou até que estejam douradas. (Você pode fazer 6 panquecas pequenas ou 2 panquecas grandes. Para panquecas pequenas eu usei 1/4 xícara da massa para cada panqueca.) </li>



<li>Sirva suas panquecas com coberturas saudáveis, como frutas frescas, iogurte grego, mel ou uma pitada de canela extra.</li>
