<li><strong>Tâmaras</strong> &#8211; tâmaras jumbo ou medjool (medjoul) são melhores para fazer este doce vegano caseiro. As tâmaras são naturais, carnudas, suculentas e têm gosto de caramelo. As suas tâmaras devem ser macias, não duras (embora você possa usar tâmaras secas, elas não terão um sabor tão bom e farão um trabalho mais difícil para o seu liquidificador!) As tâmaras Medjool são consideradas as melhores tâmaras do mundo! E acreditem, pois depois de provar estas, você nunca mais irá querer as outras mais pequenas e sem caroço.</li>



<li><strong>Leite</strong> &#8211; você pode usar qualquer leite não lácteo de sua escolha. Eu gosto usar <strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-leite-de-coco-caseiro/">leite de coco caseiro</a></strong> ou leite de amêndoas, mas leite de aveia ou leite de castanhas de caju são ótimos também!</li>



<li><strong>Extrato de baunilha</strong> &#8211; é incluído na receita para ajudar a intensificar o sabor e a doçura.</li>



<li><strong>Sal marinho</strong> &#8211; só um toque, para harmonizar os sabores!</li>



<li><strong>Aniz estrelado</strong> &#8211; é opcional, usei para infundir as tâmaras.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">COMO FAZER DOCE DE LEITE VEGANO DE TÂMARAS</h2>

<li>Coloque a água em uma panela com o aniz e deixe ferver por 5 a 10min, desligue e adicione as tâmaras. Hidrate as tâmaras nesta bebida aromatizada até ficarem macias e o líquido ficar com aspecto de calda, deixe por cerca de 30 minutos. Isso torna mais fácil para o seu liquidificador criar uma pasta de tâmaras suave.</li>



<li>Coe as tâmaras (reserve a calda para usar no seu smoothie, suco verde ou mingau, porque essa água e bem docinha, então você não precisará adoçar a sua preparação). Retire os caroços das tâmaras com uma faca, cortando ao meio e retirando a semente.</li>



<li>Em seguida, adicione as tâmaras sem caroço, leite vegetal, sal marinho e extrato de baunilha a um liquidificador de alta velocidade e bata até ficar homogêneo e cremoso. Você também pode usar um processador de alimentos se não tiver um liquidificador. Certifique-se de raspar as laterais do copo do liquidificador a cada minuto ou mais para misturar os ingredientes uniformemente. Todo esse processo levará cerca de 10 minutos, dependendo da qualidade do seu liquidificador!</li>



<li>Por fim, transfira o doce vegano de tâmaras para uma tigela e sirva, ou deixe na geladeira até a hora de servir.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As tâmaras são uma grande fonte de potássio, cobre, magnésio, vitamina B6, niacina, cálcio, ferro e vitamina K.
