<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>INGREDIENTES</strong> <strong>PARA A RECEITA DO CHEESECAKE VEGANO:</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ao contrário de muitas sobremesas veganas, este cheesecake é feito sem laticínios e definitivamente sem tofu, em vez disso, o recheio é cheio de castanhas de caju nutritivas.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para torná-lo ainda melhor, usei um molho de frutas vermelhas que é fácil de fazer e muito rápido. Use todas as frutas que você tiver, frescas ou congeladas, pois elas adicionam um delicioso sabor frutado e dão um toque de acidez ao cheesecake!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A crosta&nbsp;deste cheesecake vegano é feita de mistura de castanhas e tâmaras, que adoçam e firmam a crosta naturalmente. Portanto, não adicionamos açúcar e manteiga.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A mistura de castanhas de caju produz uma textura cremosa e é perfeita para o recheio do cheesecake vegano. Mas certifique-se de que suas castanhas de caju são cruas, não torradas e sem sal.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A receita do cheesecake vegano de frutas vermelhas tem três componentes: a crosta, o recheio e a calda.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Para fazer a crosta</strong>: Coloque as nozes, o coco ralado e as tâmaras no processador de alimentos. Em seguida, processe por um minuto ou mais, até obter uma textura quebradiça, que se assemelhe a areia grossa. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Para fazer o recheio do cheesecake</strong>: Em um liquidificador potente, adicione: castanhas de caju escorridas, água, suco de limão, óleo de coco, xarope de bordo ou agave, (se você não segue uma dieta vegana, pode usar o mel) e fava raspada de baunilha ou extrato. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Em seguida, bata em velocidade alta por 2-3 minutos ou até ficar super cremoso. Coloque o recheio do cheesecake vegano por cima da crosta, mas agite a forma para eliminar as bolhas de ar e coloque no congelador por pelo menos 30 minutos ou até ficar firme.</p>

<li><strong>Não tente refrigerar o cheesecake para ficar firme</strong> <strong>– ele deve ser congelado!</strong> Quanto mais tempo você congelar, melhor e mais firme o cheesecake ficará.</li>



<li><strong>Remova o cheesecake do congelador cerca de 20-30 minutos antes de servir</strong> para deixá-lo descongelar.</li>
