<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Salada cremosa e saudável&nbsp;feita com pepino japonês, rabanete crocante e ervas frescas. Regada com molho caseiro de alho e iogurte. Esta é a salada clássica de verão da minha família, que geralmente é feita com um molho de creme de leite. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No entanto, resolvi alterar a receita clássica da minha família de salada de pepino e rabanete, para torná-la mais saudável. Portanto, eu troquei o creme de leite por <strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-iogurte-caseiro-regular-e-grego/"><strong><u>iogurte</u></strong></a></strong>, usando um molho muito semelhante ao meu <strong><strong><u><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/tzatziki-molho-de-iogurte-cremoso/">Molho Tzatziki</a></u></strong></strong> ou <a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/molho-de-iogurte-grego-para-salada/"><strong><strong><u>Molho de Iogurte Grego para Salada</u></strong></strong></a>. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>INGREDIENTES</strong> <strong>PARA ESTA SALADA CREMOSA</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Existem literalmente 5 ingredientes nesta salada de pepino e 5 ingredientes no molho! Minha mãe faz essa receita desde que eu era criança e às vezes uma receita clássica não precisa de melhorias.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER A SALADA DE PEPINO E RABANETE</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Esta salada tem 3 etapas:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Faça o molho para salada de pepino e rabanete com ervas</strong>, sobre o qual falarei mais em um segundo.</li>



<li><strong>Prepare os ingredientes da salada</strong>: fatie os pepinos, rabanetes e cebolinha (que pode ser substituída por cebola vermelha em fatias finas).</li>



<li><strong>Misture tudo.</strong></li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Embora essas etapas sejam fáceis de seguir, muitas vezes quando o iogurte é usado no lugar do creme de leite, como fazemos nesta salada de pepino, você acaba com um grande problema que é uma salada empapada.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No início, a salada de pepino é agradável e cremosa, mas, à medida que se assenta, torna-se aguada. A boa notícia é que há uma solução fácil para isso, com apenas um pouco de preparação antecipada.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO EVITAR QUE A SALADA DE PEPINO TORNE-SE EMPAPADA?</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O molho de iogurte para esta salada de pepino é realmente fácil de fazer: misture o <strong><u><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-iogurte-caseiro-regular-e-grego/">iogurte</a></u></strong>, suco de limão, alho, sal e pimenta em uma tigela. É isso.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No entanto, o problema dos molhos para salada à base de iogurte é que ele pode ficar aguado à medida que se assenta. Felizmente, você pode fazer duas coisas simples para impedir que isso aconteça:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Escorra os sucos do iogurte</strong> <strong>natural</strong>: Coloque uma gaze em uma peneira. Coloque o iogurte e deixe escorrer dentro de uma tigela. Quanto mais tempo fica, menos aguado será. Depois de algumas horas, você perceberá que a sua consistência e textura se parecerão com o creme de leite, tipo a nata. (Depois de coar o iogurte natural, ele se transforma no iogurte grego, que é um tipo de iogurte mais grosso). Costumo fazer isso algumas horas antes de preparar a salada, mas se você quiser, pode deixá-lo escorrer na geladeira durante a noite.</li>



<li><strong>Escorra os sucos do pepino</strong> <strong>japonês</strong>: Coloque os pepinos em uma peneira e deixe escorrer os sucos. Polvilhe-os com uma colher de chá de sal e deixe-os descansar no balcão por 15 a 30 minutos. O sal drenará alguns dos sucos extras dos pepinos fatiados. Quando estiver pronto para montar a sua salada de pepino e rabanete, não será necessário enxaguar. No entanto, recomendo ajustar o nível de sal no molho de iogurte para que não fique muito salgado.</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Embora eu recomendo seguir as duas etapas acima para que esta salada de pepino e rabanete fique mais cremosa. Você ainda obterá bons resultados, mesmo que só seja capaz de fazer uma delas.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Com isso dito, se você não se importa com um pouco de salada aquosa, fique à vontade para pular essas etapas, especialmente se você acha que ela será consumida rapidamente. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">E não se preocupe, pois a salada de pepino ainda terá um ótimo sabor, mas ficará aquosa à medida que for se assentando. Mas garanto que você usará uma colher para coletar qualquer suco extra deixado para trás. É tão gostoso!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>POSSO FAZER A SALADA DE PEPINO COM  ANTECEDÊNCIA?</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sim, você pode e eu realmente recomendo. Se você seguir as minhas dicas sobre como se livrar dos sucos extras, poderá fazer esta salada de pepino 3 a 4 horas antes de servi-la. Certifique-se de cobrir com filme plástico e mantê-la na geladeira. O tempo gasto na geladeira permitirá que os sabores se misturem e resultem em salada de pepino mais cremosa e deliciosa.</p>
