<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A receita de cookies sem glúten com caramelo salgado consiste em duas partes: os cookies e o caramelo. Para os cookies sem glúten, vamos usar farinha, óleo, sal, baunilha e mel. Para o caramelo, o creme de coco é o ingrediente principal e o sal e baunilha criam um sabor delicioso que você vai adorar!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Cookies</strong> <strong>Sem Glúten:</strong></h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Farinha de amêndoas</strong>: usei 2 xícaras da minha receita de <strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-a-farinha-de-amendoas-caseira/">Farinha de Amêndoas</a></strong> como base para os cookies sem glúten.</li>



<li><strong>Mel</strong>: como adoçante, acrescente 1/4 de xícara de mel.</li>



<li><strong>Óleo de coco</strong>: para o óleo, você precisará de 1/4 de xícara de óleo de coco. Deixe derreter no micro-ondas por cerca de 15 segundos.</li>



<li><strong>Sal</strong>: adicione 1/4 colher de chá de sal para dar sabor.</li>



<li><strong>Baunilha</strong>: Eu adicionei 1 colher de chá, pois a baunilha é o que torna esses cookies sem glúten tão deliciosos.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Cobertura de</strong> <strong>Caramelo:</strong></h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Creme de coco</strong>: usei 1/4 xícara de creme de coco. O creme de coco você pode obter fazendo a&nbsp;<strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-leite-de-coco-caseiro/">Leite de Coco Caseiro</a></strong>, deixe o leite de coco na geladeira parar resfriar e usa a parte mais branca e densa, acumulada no topo do recipiente, isso é a gordura do coco.</li>



<li><strong>Açúcar de coco</strong>: usei 1/4 de xícara como adoçante.</li>



<li><strong>Óleo de coco</strong>: usei uma colher de chá.</li>



<li><strong>Sal</strong>: inclui 1/4 colher de chá, com a opção adicional de salpicar sal marinho em flocos por cima.</li>



<li><strong>Baunilha</strong>: adicionei 1 colher de chá de baunilha para obter aquele sabor delicioso e rico.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Não se deixe intimidar por essas instruções! Embora a lista pareça longa, não vai muito além de misturar os ingredientes dos cookies e misturar os ingredientes da cobertura de caramelo salgado. É uma receita verdadeiramente simples que levará apenas cerca de 10 minutos de esforço físico!</p>

<li><strong>Em uma tigela grande, misture todos os ingredientes dos cookies&nbsp;</strong>até incorporar bem.</li>



<li><strong>Molde a massa em cookies</strong>&nbsp;e pressione-a no centro usando as costas de uma colher de chá medidora. Molde os cookies sem glúten de forma que tenham menos rachaduras na lateral, mantendo um buraquinho no centro. Nota: Eles vão ficar um pouco mais achatados enquanto cozinham.</li>



<li><strong>Asse por 15-20 minutos</strong>. Quando os cookies sem glúten ficarem dourados, remova-os do forno e use uma colher de chá medidora para pressionar o centro novamente para enfatizar ainda mais o buraquinho.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>COBERTURA DE</strong> <strong>CARAMELO PARA OS COOKIES SEM GLÚTEN</strong></p>

<li><strong>Enquanto os cookies sem glúten</strong> <strong>esfriam</strong>, comece a fazer o caramelo adicionando o creme de coco, o açúcar de coco, o óleo de coco, baunilha e o sal em uma panela média. Deixe cozinhar em fogo médio e mexa sempre.</li>



<li><strong>Quando o caramelo começar a ferver</strong>, reduza o fogo para baixo e mexa constantemente por 10-15 minutos ou até engrossar. Ele vai engrossar com o tempo em fogo baixo, mas vai queimar em fogo alto. Assim que o caramelo engrossar, desligue o fogo.</li>
</ol>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>DICA:</strong> Se o caramelo começar a engrossar quando esfriar, coloque ele de volta no fogo e adicione uma colher de leite de coco. No entanto, cozinhe ele misturando sempre, até obter a textura desejada. Tomando cuidado para não queimar!</p>
