<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="qual-e-a-difrenca-entre-pao-sirio-arabe-pita-e-pao-naan"><strong>QUAL É A DIFERENÇA ENTRE O PÃO SÍRIO (<strong>ÁRABE</strong></strong>) <strong>PITA E O PÃO NAAN INDIANO?</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ao contrário do pão sírio (árabe) pita, o pão naan geralmente tem iogurte, deixando-o com uma textura mais macia. Ambos geralmente são servidos da mesma maneira, mas diferem na textura.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="como-fazer-o-pao-naan-sem-gluten"><strong>COMO FAZER O PÃO NAAN SEM GLÚTEN?</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A massa pode ser feita com antecedência de até 2 dias e depois moldada, enrolada e frita em alguns minutos antes da refeição. É uma ótima maneira de completar uma refeição simples e torná-la realmente especial.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Esse tipo de receita realmente pede para despejar todos os ingredientes secos (farinha, sal, fermento químico, açúcar, fermento biológico) na tigela e, em seguida, misturar. Os ingredientes úmidos (<strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-iogurte-caseiro-regular-e-grego/">iogurte</a></strong>, manteiga, ovos e água) são os próximos, e então a batedeira faz todo o trabalho ou você pode sovar a massa com a mãos, se preferir.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No início, a massa parecerá bem fofa, mas quando você raspar a tigela com uma espátula, ela deve sair limpa. No entanto, a massa ainda estará pegajosa ao toque, mas se manterá bem firme após deixada de lado para crescer. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Como a massa em si é bastante úmida, você pode usar farinha extra para modelar o pão indiano, mas trabalhe com um toque muito leve para não incorporar muita farinha. Pois senão a massa ficará muito seca e o pão naan não ficará fofo, não importa o que você faça, então tome cuidado!&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Molde um pedaço de massa frouxamente em uma rodada e, em seguida, enrole em uma forma oval alongada. Enquanto molda a massa, aqueça uma frigideira de fundo grosso (de preferência de ferro fundido) com um pouco de ghee ou óleo de coco virgem.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Coloque cada pedaço de massa modelada na frigideira quente imediatamente. Se a frigideira não estiver quente o suficiente ou a massa estiver muito grossa, ela não irá formar bolhas de ar. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No entanto, não deixe a frigideira esquentar demais, pois senão irá queimar o pão. Assim que ele borbulhar, vire-o para o outro lado. Para garantir que toda a massa entre em contato com a frigideira quente, ocasionalmente pressiono a massa com uma espátula. O pão indiano deve estufar de volta.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Vire algumas vezes e cozinhe até que a massa pareça inchada, pelo menos em alguns pontos e cozida. Sirva imediatamente!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="dicas"><strong>DICAS</strong> <strong>DA RECEITA DO PÃO INDIANO</strong> <strong>SEM GLÚTEN</strong> </h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Pão naan sem glúten</strong> <strong>demora cerca de 45 minutos para crescer</strong>, então coloque a massa em um local quente, quanto mais quente o local, mais rápido a massa do pão naan crescerá. Nos dias frios eu costumo aquecer o forno por cerca de 3 a 5 minutos, depois desligo e coloco a massa dentro para crescer.</li><li><strong>Use fermento biológico instantâneo</strong>. Eu não tentei fazer esta receita de pão naan com outro fermento, então não posso garantir o mesmo resultado.</li><li><strong>O pão naan sem glúten deve ter uma forma redonda ou oval.</strong> Se optarem por pães ovais, eles devem medir aproximadamente 10 x 20cm, mas o pão naan sem glúten não precisa ser perfeito e, honestamente, pode ter qualquer forma, desde que sejam uniformes em espessura (ou com as bordas levemente mais grossas que o meio) e não tenham mais do que 0.5 cm de espessura.</li><li><strong>Eu recomendo usar o meu mix de farinhas sem glúten</strong> <strong>que você encontra neste artigo</strong> <strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/farinhas-sem-gluten-e-como-fazer-seu-mix/">farinhas sem glúten e como fazer seu mix</a></strong> e para a receita do pão naan eu costumo usar o MIX 3 ou MIX 4.</li></ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="armazenamento"><strong>ARMAZENAMENTO</strong> <strong>DO PÃO INDIANO SEM GLÚTEN</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Recomendo armazenar o pão naan sem glúten em um saco ziplock ou em um pote de vidro hermético na geladeira por 2 dias, pois desta forma você mantém a umidade na medida certa. Você também pode congelar o pão naan sem glúten, bem embrulhado em filme plástico ou em um pote de vidro hermético, armazene por até 3 meses. Descongele e aqueça na frigideira em fogo baixo.</p>
