<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER A RECEITA DE</strong> <strong>TZATZIKI VEGANO</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para fazer o molho tzatziki vegano, você precisará de um liquidificador, peneira e um pouco de tempo para resfriar. </p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Deixe de molho</strong>. Certifique-se de deixar de molho as castanhas de caju durante a noite. Em seguida, escorra e enxágue bem no dia seguinte. </li><li><strong>Processe as castanhas</strong>. Adicione as castanhas de caju, a água, o suco de limão e o alho ao liquidificador. Em seguida, bata por 1-2 minutos, até que fique bem cremoso. </li><li><strong>Escorra os sucos de pepino</strong>. Coloque o pepino ralado em uma peneira de malha fina e pressione para retirar o líquido. </li><li><strong>Misturar</strong>. Em uma tigela, adicione o creme de castanhas de caju, pepino escorrido, ervas e sal. Mexa tudo junto.</li><li><strong>Resfriar</strong>. Deixe o molho tzatziki vegano resfriar na geladeira por cerca de 30 minutos a 1 hora, antes de servir. Isso permitirá que os sabores se misturem perfeitamente.</li></ol>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Combine o iogurte grego com alho, especiarias, suco de limão, vinagre e azeite. Misture com uma colher para garantir que tudo esteja bem incorporado.</p>
