<h2 class="wp-block-heading">COMO FAZER FARINHA DE SEMENTES DE GIRASSOL E PEPITAS</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para fazer a farinha de sementes de abóbora e sementes de girassol, basta tostar as sementes no forno por 35 minutos a 90°C. Deixe as sementes esfriarem completamente, em seguida, bata em processador ou moedor de café, até virar uma farinha. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As sementes de girassol e abóbora têm um alto teor de gordura, então temos que tomar cuidado na hora de processar. Portanto, não processe por um longo período, pois senão vai virar uma pasta. A intenção é que vire farinha mesmo!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">COMO FAZER O PÃO LOW CARB &#8211; SEM GLÚTEN</h2>

<li>Em uma tigela, adicione as farinhas, a goma xantana, o psyllium pulverizado, fermento e o açúcar. Misture bem.</li>



<li>Na mistura das farinhas, adicione os ovos e bata levemente com um fuê. Feito isso, troque por uma espatula e comece a incorporar os ovos com a farinha.</li>



<li>Em seguida adicione a água aos poucos e continue misturando a massa até que fique leve e bem homogênea. Adicione o sal marinho e misture novamente.</li>



<li>Polvilhe a farinha de arroz em uma forma para acomodar o pão. </li>



<li>Com as mãos umedecidas, molde o pão low carb e coloque a massa na forma. Em seguida, coloque as sementes de girassol sobre a massa. (Para fazer as bisnaguinhas, pese e divida a massa em 7 partes iguais, pesando em média 55g cada. Com as mãos úmidas, molde as bisnaguinhas. Em seguida, coloque as sementes de girassol sobre a massa.)</li>



<li>Leve para fermentar (cerca 1 hora).</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">PORQUE EU COLOCO UMA FORMA COM ÁGUA QUENTE NO FORNO AO ASSAR O PÃO LOW CARB</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Em casa, eu não possui o forno a vapor como as padarias profissionais. Portanto, para criar o ambiente vaporoso no forno, eu coloquei uma assadeira no fundo do forno ao ligar para pré-aquecer. Em seguida, após o forno ter atingido a temperatura adequada (190C), eu coloquei o pão low carb e imediatamente depois, adicionei a água fervente na assadeira. Essa umidade dentro do forno ajuda o pão low carb a crescer melhor antes que a crosta endureça!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Veja os detalhes de como fazer isso:</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Use uma assadeira de 20-30 cm (ou similar, mas NÃO vidro, pode quebrar). Coloque a assadeira no forno na prateleira do meio onde o pão low carb vai assar (ou prateleira abaixo se a assadeira não couber na mesma prateleira). Pré-aqueça o forno. Ferva água na chaleira. Quando você colocar o pão low carb, trabalhe rápido, da seguinte forma &#8211; coloque o pão no forno, encha a assadeira com água fervente, feche a porta do forno = efeito de forno a vapor improvisado! Asse por 30 minutos.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">COMO SERVIR O PÃO LOW CARB DE SEMENTES</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Adicione boas gorduras e ervas frescas: </strong>consumir seu pão de cada dia com azeite de oliva, molho pesto, molho de tomate ou uma pastinha de abacate, enche a sua refeição de compostos funcionais e antioxidantes!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A minha forma favorita de saborear este pão low carb, é fresco, logo após de sair do forno, com azeite e vinagre balsâmico ou com fiozinho de manteiga por cima. Ele combina com TUDO! E se houver alguma sobra para o dia seguinte, costumo fazer ele tostado com manteiga ou óleo de coco na frigideira, ele fica bem quentinho, macio e crocante ao mesmo tempo!  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">E como nunca consigo decidir entre doce e salgado, eu gosto dos dois ao mesmo tempo. Portanto, costumo fazer uma fatia com pasta de amendoim e banana e outra com abacate fatiado e uma pitadinha de sal, flocos de pimenta calabresa e gergelim. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Esse pão low carb é perfeito para um café da manhã delicioso e tem um impacto poderoso no departamento de nutrição. Todas essas gorduras e fibras saudáveis ​​vão mantê-lo abastecido e energizado!</p>
