<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A receita de frango agridoce não é complicada ou díficil de fazer, mas também não é uma refeição que fica pronta em 20 minutos. No entanto, você pode acelerar as coisas se preparar alguns ingredientes do frango agridoce com antecedência!</p>

<li><strong>Polvilhe com amido de milho</strong>: Corte o frango em pedaços de 2 cm e tempere com sal e pimenta. Em seguida, adicione o frango e o amido de milho a uma tigela, misture para cobrir cada pedaço uniformemente.</li>



<li><strong>Mergulhe nos ovos</strong>: Em uma tigela pequena, bata os ovos. Em seguida, mergulhe os pedaços de frango nos ovos e coloque-os cuidadosamente em uma frigideira quente. Frite e quando estiverem dourados por fora (mas ainda crus por dentro), coloque-os em uma assadeira grande.</li>



<li><strong>Asse a 200°C</strong>&nbsp;<strong>por cerca de 15 minutos</strong>&nbsp;ou até estar cozido.</li>



<li><strong>Refogue os legumes</strong>: Enquanto isso, coloque os pimentões e a cebola na frigideira e cozinhe por alguns minutos. Adicione o abacaxi.</li>



<li><strong>Adicione o molho</strong>: Despeje o molho sobre os legumes e cozinhe até engrossar.</li>



<li><strong>Misture tudo junto</strong>: Despeje o molho agridoce sobre o frango na assadeira, misture até revestir o frango com o molho.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER O MOLHO AGRIDOCE</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Em uma tigela pequena, misture todos os ingredientes do molho agridoce (açúcar, ketchup, vinagre de maçã, molho de soja, sal de alho e amido de milho). Misture até ficar homogêneo. Eu gosto de despejar o molho agridoce sobre os pimentões, cebolas e abacaxi e depois misturo com o frango assado.</p>

<li>Prepare o molho agridoce 1 ou 2 dias antes e guarde-o na geladeira.</li>



<li>Você também pode cortar os vegetais com antecedência, pois assim, quando chegar o dia de fazer a receita de frango agridoce, a mesma ficará pronta em alguns minutos.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>DICAS</strong> <strong>PARA A RECEITA DE FRANGO AGRIDOCE</strong></h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Se você acha que o molho agridoce tem muito açúcar, você pode reduzi-lo por um quarto ou metade, dependendo de quão doce você quer o molho.</li>



<li>Quando você cozinha o vinagre, ele exala um aroma forte e isso é normal, se você deixar ele cozinhando durante o tempo recomendado na receita, ele por fim irá exalar um delicioso aroma agridoce.</li>



<li>Você pode substituir o vinagre de maçã por outro tipo de vinagre, como o vinagre de arroz, que tem um sabor ligeiramente mais suave/doce.</li>



<li>Não substitua o amido de milho por farinha de trigo ou outra farinha, pois não proporcionará a mesma cobertura leve como o amido de milho. O único substituto decente que eu encontrei é o polvilho doce.</li>



<li>O <strong>Sal de Alho</strong> é um sal temperado feito de uma mistura de alho em pó e sal com um agente antiaglomerante (por exemplo, silicato de cálcio). Em sua forma mais básica, é feito pela combinação de 3 partes de sal e 1 parte de alho em pó por volume.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Eu não estava convencida de que eu poderia fazer as fajitas de carne em casa como nos restaurantes e ainda fazê-las ter um sabor melhor. No entanto, depois de algumas tentativas, descobri que isso é totalmente possível. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Fiquei muito feliz com o resultado final desta receita. Sendo assim, posso dizer que estas fajitas de carne são absolutamente as melhores que eu já comi e os ingredientes são muito simples.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>O SEGREDO ESTÁ NA MARINADA!</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sem mais suspense, deixe-me compartilhar com você o único ingrediente que torna as minhas fajitas de carne melhores do que as demais – SUCO DE ABACAXI. Sim, isso mesmo, você leu certo. Suco de abacaxi! Eu uso 100% suco natural, sem adição de açúcar.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Se você está se perguntando qual é a função do suco de abacaxi para as fajitas de carne, deixe-me explicar. Os temperos de fajitas comprados no mercado geralmente contêm enzimas que ajudam a amaciar a carne. Então, para imitar o mesmo amaciamento sem usar ingredientes artificiais, eu uso suco de abacaxi. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No entanto, há pessoas que argumentam que o suco de abacaxi fresco (que não foi aquecido) funciona melhor. Mas, honestamente, para a nossa receita, o suco de abacaxi 100% natural funciona muito bem! Não há necessidade de pegar um abacaxi fresco e fazer suco, a menos que você queira. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Os outros ingredientes são simples! Um pouco de suco de limão, molho de Worcestershire ou também chamado molho inglês, alho, pimenta caiena em pó, páprica defumada, cominho, um pouco de azeite, coentro picado e um pouco de sal e pimenta do reino.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">É isso! Sem amido de milho, sem açúcar ou um milhão de outros ingredientes. Estas fajitas de carne são simples e saborosas, e brilham por conta própria. Sendo assim, você não precisa colocar um milhão de ingredientes nelas para ter um excelente sabor.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER AS FAJITAS DE CARNE</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Agora as instruções – combine os ingredientes para a marinada e deixe marinar. É simples assim. Eu gosto de deixar a carne de fajitas marinar por pelo menos 4 horas, idealmente, durante a noite. Quanto mais você deixar a carne imersa na marinada, mais saborosa e macia ela ficará e também as nossas fajitas. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Não tenho tempo para marinar? Não se preocupe! Você não precisa, porque essa marinada já tem muito sabor, você pode deixar descansar por 15 minutos enquanto prepara a sua frigideira e os outros ingredientes.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aqueça a frigideira grande de ferro fundido em fogo alto com óleo, deixe ficar muito quente até começar a sair fumaça e depois coloque a carne e deixe dourar os dois lados.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Dica:</strong> ligue a sua coifa ou depurador de ar e até abra a janela para reduzir a quantidade de fumaça na sua cozinha, isso se você estiver cozinhando dentro de casa. Em seguida, abaixe o fogo para terminar de cozinhar. Deixe descansar por 5 minutos enquanto você frita os pimentões.</p>
