<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>PAELLA DE FRANGO E LINGUIÇA</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A paella é uma das minhas comidas favoritas, mas como nem sempre posso comer frutos do mar frescos, eu decidir fazer uma receita de paella de frango e linguiça. Mas se você gosta e tiver ao alcance frutos do mar, segue a minha receita de <strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/paella-com-frutos-do-mar/">Paella Tradicional com Frutos do Mar</a>.</strong> </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Agora, não estou afirmando que esta é a receita de paella e frango mais autêntica, mas estou afirmando que é uma das mais fáceis de fazer. Portanto, eu estou realmente satisfeita com a minha versão final, pois ela tem todos os sabores que você espera de uma receita de paella tradicional de frango e chouriço.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A paella de frango pode ser feita em pouco mais de 30 minutos com ingredientes simples que você encontrará na sua cozinha. Tornando-a viável mesmo na movimentada noite de semana.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="ingredientes"><strong>INGREDIENTES PARA A RECEITA DE PAELLA</strong></h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Frango</strong>: Para essa paella você pode usar o filé de sobrecoxa de frango ou peito de frango cortado em cubos.</li><li><strong>Linguiça</strong>: a melhor linguiça para essa paella de frango é o chouriço espanhol<strong>, </strong>mas eu sei que é difícil de encontrar ele aqui no Brasil, por isso você pode substituir por calabresa, salame ou pepperoni. Chouriço espanhol acrescenta um profundo sabor e dá uma cor linda ao prato.</li><li><strong>Pimentão vermelho, cebola, alho: </strong>Este trio será a sua base de sabor. Cozinhe-os até ficar macio e perfumado.</li><li><strong>Páprica defumada:</strong> Adiciona sabor defumado e cores.</li><li><strong>Açafrão</strong>/<strong>Cúrcuma</strong>: Eu uso açafrão para dar um sabor terroso e levemente apimentado. Além disso, deixa o meu arroz amarelinho.</li><li><strong>Arroz</strong>: Normalmente, a paella é feita com arroz espanhol de grão médio, mas você pode usar qualquer arroz.</li><li><strong>Caldo de galinha:</strong> Use caldo de galinha de boa qualidade, pois é um ingrediente essencial para a criação de sabor. Eu gosto usar caldo caseiro.</li><li><strong>Salsinha, orégano seco, flocos de pimenta calabresa, folha de louro e raspas de limões: </strong>Adiciona sabor.</li><li><strong>Ervilha</strong>: Adiciona nutrientes e dá aquela cor verde brilhante.</li><li><strong>Sal e pimenta do reino: </strong>A gosto.</li><li><strong>Camarões: </strong>É uma escolha opcional.</li><li><strong>Azeite:</strong> Use um de boa qualidade!</li></ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="como-fazer-paella-de-frango-e-chourico"><strong>COMO FAZER A PAELLA DE FRANGO E LINGUIÇA</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1. <strong>Em uma tigela média, misture o azeite, páprica defumada, orégano e sal e pimenta do reino</strong>. Adicione os pedaços de frango e misture para revestir. Cubra e leve à geladeira.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2. <strong>Aqueça o azeite em uma frigideira grande ou panela de paella em fogo médio</strong>. Adicione o alho, os flocos de pimenta calabresa e o arroz. Cozinhe por cerca de 3 minutos, mexendo, para cobrir o arroz com óleo. Em seguida, adicione o açafrão/cúrcuma, a folha de louro, o caldo de galinha e as raspas de limão. Deixe ferver, tampe e reduza o fogo para médio-baixo. Cozinhe por 20 minutos.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3. <strong>Enquanto isso, corte a linguiça em pedaços e frite até dourar. Retire e deixe de lado. Depois na mesma frigideira aqueça o azeite em fogo médio</strong>. Em seguida, adicione o frango marinado e a cebola; cozinhe por 5 minutos. Adicione o pimentão e as ervilhas, cozinhe entre 5-10 minutos. Adicione os camarões (se estiver usando) e linguiça, cozinhe virando os camarões, até os dois lados ficarem rosados.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="dicas"><strong>DICAS PARA A RECEITA DE PAELLA</strong></h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Não pule estes ingredientes:</strong> pimentão vermelho, cebola, alho, páprica defumada, açafrão/cúrcuma e chouriço, pois eles adicionam um sabor profundo e cor à paella de frango.</li><li><strong>Se for difícil encontrar chouriço</strong>, você pode substituir por pepperoni, salame ou calabresa. No entanto, vai estar faltando um pouco de sabor da páprica defumada e o sabor picante que o chouriço tem. Portanto, eu gosto de acrescentar um pouco mais de temperos a paella de frango, mais isso é opcional. </li><li><strong>Se você quiser adicionar um pouco de camarão cru no final</strong>, basta misturá-los e esperar que fiquem rosados. Leva apenas alguns minutos. </li></ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>SOBRE A PAELLA</strong> <strong>ESPANHOLA</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A paella é um dos pratos mais populares da Espanha! Originalmente, a paella era um prato feito em Valência, usando frango, coelho, caracóis e três tipos de feijão fresco, mas agora, a paella está quase sempre associada a frutos do mar, frango e legumes. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Portanto, não existe a receita de paella certa ou errada, apenas a receita que mais lhe agrada. Os ingredientes da paella espanhola variam de um lugar para outro e de tempos em tempos, dependendo das tradições locais e dos ingredientes disponíveis. Ou seja, qualquer coisa, desde produtos frescos do seu jardim e até sobras do final de semana, pode inspirar um cozinheiro a criar uma versão original deste prato! </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O prato recebeu o nome da panela em que é cozido, uma Paellera, que também é usada para uma variedade de pratos de arroz. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER A PAELLA DE FRUTOS DO MAR?</strong></h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list" type="1"><li><strong>Refogue:</strong> Aqueça o óleo em uma panela de tamanho grande ou em uma frigideira (ou em uma panela de paella, se tiver), em fogo médio. Refogue a cebola, o alho e o pimentão juntos até a cebola ficar transparente (cerca de 5 minutos).</li><li><strong>Adicione o tomate picado, folha de louro, açafrão</strong>, <strong>sal e pimenta do reino a gosto</strong>. Cozinhe por 5 minutos até liberarem líquido e os tomates começarem a criar um molho.</li><li><strong>Adicione o vinho</strong> <strong>e cozinhe por 10 minutos</strong>, deixe o vinho evaporar até a metade da quantidade adicionada.</li><li><strong>Adicione frango, arroz e salsinha picada</strong>. Cozinhe por 1 minuto.</li><li><strong>Despeje o caldo lentamente em toda a panela</strong> e sacuda-a para obter uma camada uniforme do arroz. (Não mexa a mistura daqui para frente!). Leve a mistura para ferver. Reduza o fogo para médio-baixo. No entanto, agite suavemente a panela para frente e para trás uma ou duas vezes durante o cozimento</li><li><strong>Cozinhe descoberto:</strong> Cozinhe a paella espanhola descoberta por 15-18 minutos. Em seguida, adicione os camarões, mexilhões e lula na mistura, polvilhe as ervilhas por cima e continue a cozinhar (sem mexer) por mais 5 minutos ou até os camarões ficarem rosados. Observe se a maior parte do líquido foi absorvido e o arroz no topo está quase macio. (Se por algum motivo o arroz ainda estiver cru, adicione mais ¼ xícara de água ou caldo e continue cozinhando).</li><li><strong>Cubra e deixe descansar. </strong>Retire a panela do fogo e tampe a panela com uma tampa ou papel alumínio. Coloque um pano de prato sobre a tampa e deixe a paella de frutos do mar descansar por 10 minutos.</li><li><strong>Sirva</strong>. Enfeite com salsinha fresca e rodelas de limão. </li></ol>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>DICAS PARA PAELLA DE FRUTOS DO MAR </strong></h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>As sugestões de frutos do mar na receita desta paella são opcionais.</strong> Não gosta de mexilhões? Não os adicione. Ama amêijoas (marisco)? Adicione-as! Não gosta de camarões? Substitua por outra coisa. <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>QUE TIPO DE ARROZ USAR PARA FAZER A PAELLA ESPANHOLA?</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para esta receita de Paella de Frutos do Mar, adoro usar arroz de grão médio. No entanto, você também pode usar arroz espanhol, se puder encontrá-lo. Os grãos curtos e redondos são perfeitos para a Paella Espanhola, pois absorvem muito bem o líquido, o que torna este arroz ideal para a nossa Paella de frutos do mar. Não use arroz arbório. Você quer que o resultado final produza grãos separados quando você terminar a receita. </p>
