<li><strong>Vegetais</strong>: usei uma combinação de pimentões refogados, cebolas, cogumelos e brócolis para os vegetais. Se você está com pouco tempo, não precisa necessariamente refogar os vegetais. No entanto, os vegetais refogados ficam mais macios e com um sabor extra delicioso.</li>



<li><strong>Salsinha</strong>: ervas frescas sempre deixam tudo mais saboroso, então eu recomendo fortemente adicionar a salsinha fresca, se tiver!</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER OS MUFFINS DE OVOS?</strong></h2>

<li><strong>Prepare a forma de muffins/cupcakes</strong>: cubra generosamente uma forma de muffin antiaderente com spray, óleo ou forre com forminhas.</li>



<li><strong>Bata os ovos</strong>: coloque os ovos e as claras em uma tigela grande e bata para incorporar. Em seguida, tempere com sal e pimenta.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>O que é brunch?</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O brunch é uma refeição de origem britânica que combina o café da manhã (breakfast em inglês significa café da manhã) com o almoço (lunch em inglês significa almoço). No entanto, é normalmente realizado aos domingos, feriados ou datas comemorativas, quando toda a família se reúne entre 10 e as 14 horas (por tempo indeterminado) à volta da mesa.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O cardápio é variado e pode apresentar: ovos mexidos com bacon, cereais, frutas, saladas de vegetais, panquecas com geleia, sucos naturais, chá, café, tortas doces, também pode ter salgados, folhados, carnes frias, vários tipos de pães, croissants, biscoitos, bolos, queijos, bebidas alcoólicas (clericot, champagne entre outros.) e leite.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Como mencionei antes, esses muffins de ovos são ótimos para o café da manhã ou brunch. Veja como prepará-los com antecedência e reaquecê-los:</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Esfrie e guarde</strong>: Depois de permitir que os muffins de ovos esfriem, guarde-os em um recipiente hermético na geladeira por até 5 dias.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Para reaquecer</strong>: Você pode usar o micro-ondas ou a torradeira! O micro-ondas normalmente leva apenas cerca de 30-45 segundos. Eu normalmente reaqueço os meus muffins salgados na torradeira por alguns minutos, mas os dois métodos funcionam muito bem!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>DICAS PARA EVITAR ADERÊNCIA DOS MUFFINS SALGADOS&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<li>Spray de cozinha. Não posso deixar de enfatizar o quão importante é cobrir generosamente sua forma de muffins com spray antiaderente. Esses muffins de ovos adoram grudar na assadeira, então você tem que colocar uma camada espessa de spray entre os ovos e a própria forma de muffins.</li>



<li>Se você não tiver spray antiaderente, pincele as forminhas de muffins com azeite ou manteiga derretida, isso também resolverá o problema.</li>



<li>Use forminhas de muffins de silicone para assar. Se você está procurando facilidade na hora da lavar as formas, eu recomendo usar forminhas de silicone para assar! Os muffins de ovos deslizam para fora sem nenhum problema.&nbsp;</li>
