<li><strong>Sal e pimenta&nbsp;</strong>– a gosto.</li>

<li><strong>Mostarda Dijon</strong>&nbsp;&#8211; 1/3 xícara&nbsp;.</li>



<li><strong>Mel</strong>&nbsp;&#8211; 3 colheres de sopa.</li>



<li><strong>Vinagre de maçã</strong>&nbsp;&#8211; 2 colheres de chá.</li>



<li><strong>Molho picante</strong>&nbsp;&#8211; 2 colheres de chá (você pode ir tão picante e quente quanto quiser!).</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER AS TULIPAS DE FRANGO COM MOSTARDA E MEL?</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para fazer esta receita, tudo o que você precisa fazer é assar as suas tulipas de frango no forno e criar o molho à parte.</p>

<li><strong>Pré-aqueça o forno a 220 graus C</strong>.</li>



<li><strong>Remova qualquer umidade das tulipas de frango</strong>&nbsp;usando uma toalha de papel para secar.</li>



<li><strong>Misture as tulipas com azeite</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>sal e pimenta-do-reino&nbsp;</strong>em uma tigela grande.</li>



<li><strong>Em uma assadeira com grelha, espalhe as asinhas de frango em uma única camada</strong>. Certifique-se de colocar primeiro um pedaço de papel manteiga em uma assadeira e, em seguida, coloque a grelha por cima.&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Asse por 45-50 minutos</strong>, ou até ficar crocante.</li>



<li><strong>Enquanto as asinhas de frango estiverem assando, faça o molho</strong>. Adicione a mostarda dijon, o mel, o vinagre de maçã e o molho picante em uma tigela pequena. Mexa tudo até ficar bem cremoso.</li>



<li><strong>Retire as tulipas do forno e jogue-as no molho</strong>. Em seguida, coloque-as de volta na assadeira com grelha e asse por mais 10 minutos.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Leve uma panela grande com água para ferver e cozinhe as tulipas de frango nela por cerca de 10 minutos. Ao ferver, se remove um pouco do excesso de gordura da pele, criando uma camada mais fina e assim fica crocante com mais facilidade.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Escorra as asinhas de frango em uma peneira e seque-as com uma toalha de papel. Certifique-se de dar um bom aperto em cada asinha de frango. Quanto mais água você remover, mais crocantes elas ficarão.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Use 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó (não bicarbonato de sódio) para cobrir uniformemente as asinhas de frango. Em seguida, adicione os temperos adicionais, como sal, pimenta, alho em pó e páprica.</p>
