<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A minha receita de tortilha mexicana é feita de farinha de mandioca, que é naturalmente sem glúten e livre de grãos. A tortilha mexicana é perfeita para enchiladas, fajitas, tacos macios, burritos, quesadillas ou wraps. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">É super fácil fazer essa tortilha mexicana, pois exige apenas alguns ingredientes e têm um sabor tão bom quanto à uma tortilha mexicana de farinha de trigo! Normalmente eu tenho que dobrar esta receita, pois por serem tão deliciosas e macias, elas terminam rapidamente. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chocada(o)?! Eu também fiquei quando fiz elas pela primeira vez! Elas são maravilhosas e são semelhantes às <meta charset="utf-8">tortilhas de farinha de trigo. Ao contrário de outras tortilhas feitas sem grãos, esta tortilha mexicana de farinha de mandioca realmente manteve a sua forma. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Portanto, a tortilha mexicana sem glúten não se partiu quando eu a enrolei com o recheio e tinha uma textura muito semelhante a de uma tortilha de farinha de trigo. Não havia nenhum sabor forte que você pudesse obter de uma tortilha de farinha de coco ou farinha de amêndoas.&nbsp; </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">É mais fácil do que você pensa! Se você tiver uma batedeira com um gancho de massa, poderá fazer a massa em menos de cinco minutos. No entanto, se você não tiver a batedeira, use uma colher de pau, ou uma espátula resistente ou as suas mãos, que é o modo como costumo fazer. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Passo 1:</strong>&nbsp;Misture a farinha de mandioca,&nbsp;bicarbonato de sódio, cremor de tártaro e o sal.&nbsp;</p>
