<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>OS BENEFÍCIOS DO BRÓCOLIS</strong></h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Além disso, o brócolis pode ser cozinhado de várias maneiras. Você pode assar, cozinhar no vapor e, claro, fazer o arroz. Depois de refogar com um pouco de alho e cebola, o sabor e a textura são irresistíveis. <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER O ARROZ DE BRÓCOLIS</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Depois de testar algumas maneiras de fazer esta receita, descobri que usar um processador de alimentos cria a melhor textura. Torna-se leve e fofo, similar aos grãos (verdes) de arroz tradicional. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1.&nbsp;<strong>Corte&nbsp;</strong>a cabeça do brócolis em pequenas florzinhas.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2. <strong>Apare</strong> as folhas do caule usando um descascador. Em seguida, corte em pedaços. Certifique-se de fazer isso, pois você não quer pedaços volumosos.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3.&nbsp;<strong>Pulse</strong>&nbsp;o brócolis em um processador de alimentos até que fique do tamanho de um arroz.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No entanto, se você não tem um processador de alimentos, use um liquidificador ou faca que também funciona perfeitamente. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Método no liquidificador</strong>: Corte os brócolis em pedaços pequenos e coloque no liquidificador. Em seguida, pulse até que se assemelhe a grãos de arroz. Raspe as laterais ao longo do caminho para garantir que tudo esteja bem misturado.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Método da faca</strong>: Basta cortar o brócolis em pequenos grãos. Observe que esta etapa levará um pouco mais de tempo.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>DIFERENTES FORMAS DE COZINHAR ESTE ARROZ SAUDÁVEL</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Assim como na minha receita de <strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-arroz-de-couve-flor/"><u>Arroz de Couve-Flor</u></a></strong>, eu adoro dar um refogada rápida no arroz de brócolis. Pois assim, ele fica rapidamente muito saboroso. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Basta aquecer um pouco de azeite em uma panela e refogar o alho picado e as cebolas em cubos por um minuto. Em seguida, adicione o arroz de brócolis, tempere com sal e pimenta e refogue por mais 3-4 minutos.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para uma textura mais crocante, experimente assar no forno. Primeiro, pré-aqueça o forno a 220 graus C. Em uma assadeira, misture o arroz com azeite, alho picado e tempere com sal e pimenta. Em seguida, asse por cerca de 25 minutos até que as bordas estejam ligeiramente douradas. Despeje por cima um suco de limão e salsinha picada.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO ARMAZENAR O ARROZ DE BRÓCOLIS&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O arroz de brócolis facilita o preparo das refeições. Guarde-o em um recipiente hermético por até 5 dias na geladeira. Em seguida, coloque-o no micro-ondas por cerca de um minuto, antes de servir. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Se você quiser congelar, divida o arroz de brócolis ainda cru em sacos de congelamento ou em um recipiente hermético. Vai durar até 3 meses.
