<li><strong>Tire o máximo de umidade possível da abobrinha.</strong> Rale, adicione sal, deixe de lado por 10 minutos e torça o excesso de líquido. Portanto, utilize um pouco do seu tempo para extrair o máximo de umidade possível.&nbsp;</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Rale as abobrinhas</strong> &#8211; comece ralando a abobrinha em um ralador ou em um processador de alimentos. Use o lado mais grosso do ralador para raspar as suas abobrinhas. Rale na diagonal para obter fios longos. Transfira a abobrinha para uma peneira de malha fina e misture com o sal para retirar o líquido. Deixe de lado a abobrinha ralada por dez minutos e, em seguida, use as mãos para espremer o máximo de líquido possível.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Bata os ingredientes</strong> &#8211; bata o ovo em uma tigela média, em seguida adicione a abobrinha, cebolinha verde, parmesão e alho. Misture bem. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">A minha receita de bolinho de inhame é feita com inhame cozido, frango cozido, salsinha, temperados com açafrão de terra (cúrcuma) em pó, sal e pimenta e enrolados em pequenas bolinhas. <li><strong>Frango</strong>: Cozido e desfiado. Sobras de frango são mais fáceis e funcionam bem. Se você usar sobrecoxas, as bolinhas ficarão mais fofas e macias por dentro, se você usar o peito, as bolinhas ficarão um pouco mais secas e durinhas, mas ainda deliciosas.</li>



<li><strong>Açafrão da terra (cúrcuma) em pó</strong>: Adiciona cor e sabor maravilhoso à mistura do bolinho de inhame. Além disso, tem propriedade anti-inflamatória.</li>



<li><strong>Sal</strong>: a gosto, geralmente apenas uma pitada.</li>



<li><strong>Pimenta do reino</strong>: para ajudar a absorção da curcumina.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="como-fazer-as-bolinhas-de-frango-e-inhame"><strong>COMO FAZER O BOLINHO DE INHAME COM FRANGO</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A preparação é bem simples. Tem quatro passos simples para fazer deste bolinho de inhame com frango, a refeição perfeita para sua família. No entanto, esta receita de bolinho de inhame exige que o frango seja cozido com antecedência e o inhame será cozido no dia que estiver fazendo a receita. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Você pode cozinhar o frango com antecedência ou usar as sobras de frango. Eu normalmente cozinho o frango com alguns temperos, como folhas de alho poro, um pouco de cebola e alho, e também uso um pouco de limão. Depois de cozido, desfie o frango com ajuda de um garfo ou use um processador de alimentos ou até mesmo um liquidificador ou uma batedeira também funciona bem.</p>

<li><strong>Processe o frango e inhame: </strong>Primeiro, adicione o frango e inhame num processador de alimentos e processe até que vire uma massa. Quando começar a virar uma massa, aí está na hora de adicionar os temperos.</li>



<li><strong>Adicione os temperos</strong>: adicione a salinha picada, açafrão (cúrcuma), sal, pimenta do reino e azeite de oliva. Em seguida, bata mais um pouco para misturar.</li>



<li><strong>Modele o bolinho</strong> <strong>de inhame: </strong>Quando a massa estiver pronta, basta fazer os bolinhos. Para enrolar os bolinhos, eu gosto de passar um pouco de azeite de oliva nas mãos, pois assim fica mais fácil e a massa não gruda na mão. Use uma colher para distribuir uniformemente as bolinhos e role-os entre as palmas das mãos até formar uma bola lisa. No entanto, se preferir, você pode passar os bolinhos na farinha de mandioca antes de assar.</li>



<li><strong>Asse o bolinho de inhame: </strong>Coloque o bolinho de inhame sobre uma assadeira untada e leve para assar no forno pré-aquecido em 200°C a 230°C por uns 20 a 30 minutos ou até dourar. Sirva imediatamente!</li>
