<h2 class="wp-block-heading">COMO FAZER O CRACKER SEM GLÚTEN</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O preparo é bem fácil e rápido, sem mistério ou complicação!</p>

<li>Em uma tigela, misture a biomassa de banana verde, a farinha de trigo sarraceno, a farinha de aveia, o azeite e o sal marinho. Com as mãos, sove a massa até que ela não grude mais nas mãos. Se a massa ficar seca e quebradiça, adicione água aos poucos, amasse até a massa ficar macia, leve e gostosa de trabalhar, e que forme uma bola lisa.</li>



<li>Divida a massa em duas partes iguais para facilitar o enrolamento.</li>



<li>Coloque uma porção da massa entre duas folhas de papel manteiga ou use tapete de silicone e abra a massa com um rolo mais fino possível (cerca de 3mm de espessura).</li>



<li> Usando uma faca ou um cortador de pizza, corte a massa em quadradinhos ou no formato de cracker desejado.</li>



<li>Transfira os crackers cortados, ainda no papel manteiga, para uma assadeira.</li>



<li>Para um cozimento melhor e mais uniforme, faça furinhos com um garfo nos crackers. </li>



<li>Polvilhe um pouco de sal marinho em flocos por cima.</li>



<li>Repita o processo de enrolar e cortar com a segunda porção de massa.</li>



<li>Pré-aqueça o forno a 175°C.</li>



<li>Asse os biscoitos por aproximadamente 20-25 minutos ou até que fiquem dourados e crocantes.</li>



<li>Deixe os biscoitos salgados esfriarem sobre uma gradinha antes de guardá-los.</li>
