<li><strong>Farinha de aveia</strong>: ajuda na estrutura, mas certifique-se de usar farinha de aveia sem glúten.</li>

<li><strong>Açúcar</strong>: você pode utilizar açúcar demerara ou açúcar de coco. No entanto, o açúcar de coco deixa a massa mais escura.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4. <strong>Misture os ingredientes líquidos</strong>: em um liquidificador, adicione a abobrinha, os ovos, o açúcar, óleo de coco e suco de limão siciliano. Em seguida, bata até virar um creme.</p>

<li><strong>Tire o máximo de umidade possível da abobrinha.</strong> Rale, adicione sal, deixe de lado por 10 minutos e torça o excesso de líquido. Portanto, utilize um pouco do seu tempo para extrair o máximo de umidade possível.&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Além de remover o excesso de água da abobrinha, gosto de adicionar parmesão à massa</strong>, pois adiciona sabor e aumenta a&nbsp;crocância. Tenho certeza que você vai amar.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Rale as abobrinhas</strong> &#8211; comece ralando a abobrinha em um ralador ou em um processador de alimentos. Use o lado mais grosso do ralador para raspar as suas abobrinhas. Rale na diagonal para obter fios longos. Transfira a abobrinha para uma peneira de malha fina e misture com o sal para retirar o líquido. Deixe de lado a abobrinha ralada por dez minutos e, em seguida, use as mãos para espremer o máximo de líquido possível.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Bata os ingredientes</strong> &#8211; bata o ovo em uma tigela média, em seguida adicione a abobrinha, cebolinha verde, parmesão e alho. Misture bem.
