<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="como-fazer-essa-pizza-com-massa-de-abobora-sem-gluten"><strong>COMO FAZER A PIZZA VEGETARIANA?</strong></h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="massa-da-pizza"><strong>MASSA DA PIZZA</strong> <strong>SEM GLÚTEN</strong></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Vamos começar preparando a massa da pizza vegetariana. Para isso vamos precisar de duas tigelas, uma maior para as farinhas e uma outra menor para colocar a parte do fermento.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1. <strong>Misture os ingredientes úmidos</strong>: Na tigela menor, adicione o fermento biológico, o açúcar, o azeite de oliva e o purê de abóbora que vai ser a umidade da nossa massa. O ideal é você preparar esse purê com a abóbora cabotiá assada no forno, porque assim ela absorve menos água. Se o purê estiver muito mole ou muito aguado, você vai precisar ajustar a consistência da massa com mais farinha. Misture muito bem até ficar homogêneo.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2. <strong>Misture os ingredientes secos: </strong>Na tigela maior, você vai adicionar as farinhas. Adicione a farinha de grão-de-bico, a farinha de arroz integral, o polvilho doce e o sal. Misture até ficar homogêneo e em seguida adicione os ingredientes úmidos.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3. <strong>Misture os ingredientes úmidos com os secos: </strong>Coloque o purê nas farinhas. O ideal agora é colocar a mão na massa. Se for necessário, pode colocar um pouquinho de água, mas bem aos poucos para não perder o ponto. A massa tem que ficar gostosa de trabalhar, tem que ser uma massa que desgrude das mãos.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4. <strong>Fermente a massa: </strong>Deixe a massa fermentando por pelo menos 30 minutos. Se preferir, você pode colocar dentro do forno, com o forno desligado e de preferência com um pano por cima.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">5. <strong>Abra a massa: </strong>Quando a massa estiver fermentada, é hora de abri-la. Eu estou utilizando um tapete de silicone como base, porque assim fica muito fácil de abrir a massa e ela não gruda na bancada, mas você pode usar plástico filme em casa. Abra a massa com a ajuda do rolo. Como estou abrindo em cima do tapete de silicone eu não coloco nada de farinha para polvilhar a bancada, mas senão tiver esse tapete, você pode usar a farinha de arroz ou polvilho doce para polvilhar a sua bancada.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">6. <strong>Molde a massa em pizza: </strong>Corte a massa em mini pizzas ou se preferir, você pode fazer uma ou duas pizzas grandes. Para cortar a massa em mini pizzas, você pode utilizar um aro, mas senão tiver um em casa, você pode utilizar uma tigela ou tampa de algum pote.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">7. <strong>Pré-asse a pizza vegetariana: </strong>Para ajudar a soltar a massa da bancada, você pode utilizar uma faca e em seguida, coloque ela em uma forma de assar. É bom pré-assar a massa antes colocar o recheio, pois se você colocar para assar com o molho, a massa irá absorver o molho e ficará muito molinha. Então eu gosto de pré-assar a massa para dar uma selada, para depois colocar as coberturas. Leve para pré-assar a massa da pizza vegetariana por 10 minutos a 180-200 graus C.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="creme-de-painco"><strong>CREME DE PAINÇO</strong> <strong>PARA A COBERTURA DA PIZZA VEGETARIANA</strong></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para substituir o queijo na nossa pizza vegetariana, nós vamos preparar um creme de painço. O painço é um cereal, sendo assim, é muito importante observar na hora de comprar, que ele seja sem casca.</p>

<li><strong>Cozinhe o painço:</strong> é importante cozinhar o painço com bastante água para que ele fique bem empapado.</li>



<li><strong>Bata o painço: </strong>Leve o painço no liquidificador e bata com um pouco de azeite, limão, sal, noz mocada e água até dar ponto. Adicione a água aos poucos, até achar o ponto que você quer. Ele tem que ficar como um creme liso.</li>



<li><strong>Adicione noz moscada: </strong>Rale a noz moscada na hora, porque ela perde propriedade bem rápido! Então é sempre melhor colocá-la por último. Misture tudo.</li>

<li><strong>Leve ao forno: </strong>Com a pizza vegetariana toda bonitinha e montada, agora é só levar para o forno e deixar assar por uns 15 minutos.</li>



<li><strong>Finalize</strong>: Quando a pizza vegetariana estiver assada, eu gosto de finalizar com um pouco de manjericão fresco e uma pitada de pimenta do reino para servir.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="armanezamento-de-pizza-com-massa-de-abobora"><strong>ARMAZENAMENTO DA PIZZA VEGETARIANA</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Essa receita de pizza vegetariana com massa de abóbora pode ser congelada ou pode ser armazenada por 3 dias na geladeira.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para congelar a massa das mini pizzas ou uma ou duas pizza grandes, se for isso que você está fazendo, é importante que você congele-as separadamente, colocando-as em uma forma, uma ao lado da outra, e então depois de congeladas você pode guardar todas juntas em um único recipiente.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Eu recomendo descongelar a pizza vegetariana na geladeira e quando estiver descongelada, leve ao forno por 5 minutos em média, ou leve diretamente ao forno ainda congeladas. Assim você evita o uso do micro-ondas.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hoje estou preparando uma receita saudável e deliciosa de bolo de abóbora que usa farinha de coco. A farinha de coco é muito usada no panificação paleo e keto. Quando estava começando a aprender a assar com farinhas sem glúten, eu não usei a farinha de coco com frequência, pois pode ser complicado ou difícil de acertar a quantidade certa na receita! </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No entanto, a farinha de coco é uma farinha mais saudável e não fica tão cara quando você a faz na sua própria casa! Agora que pratiquei muito assar com ela, você vai ver mais e mais receitas com farinha de coco por aqui! <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Este bolo de abóbora com farinha de coco usa apenas uma tigela, é sem glúten, sem laticínios e sem açúcar refinado. E tem uma textura incrivelmente perfeita. Não posso esperar para você experimentar!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="ingredientes-para-bolo-de-abobora-com-farinha-de-coco"><strong>INGREDIENTES PARA A RECEITA DO BOLO DE ABÓBORA</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Eu queria manter a lista de ingredientes para este bolo de abóbora com farinha de coco o mais simples possível. E também queria que você pudesse fazer em apenas uma tigela. Então aqui está a relação do que iremos usar:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Purê de Abóbora</strong>: usei abóbora cabotiá, mas acho que abóbora moranga deve funcionar também.&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Ovos</strong>: a farinha de coco adora ovos e são eles que dão a este bolo uma textura esponjosa e macia.</li>



<li><strong>Açúcar de coco</strong>: meu açúcar granulado favorito porque é menos refinado, um pouco menos doce, mas ainda tem um sabor adorável de caramelo.</li>



<li><strong>Óleo</strong>: usei óleo de coco derretido.</li>



<li><strong>Farinha de coco</strong>: é a farinha principal deste bolo e dá um sabor ligeiramente adocicado, mas também dá aquela textura ótima! Parar esta receita usei <strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-farinha-de-coco-caseira/">Farinha de Coco Caseira</a></strong>. No entanto, eu recomendo pesar a sua farinha de coco para se obter um melhor resultado da receita.&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Fécula de batata</strong>: estou usando isso apenas para dar um pouco mais de leveza (as ideias de substituições estão mais adiante no post!)</li>



<li><strong>Tempero Pumpkin Pie Spice</strong>: estou fazendo a minha própria mistura de especiarias deliciosas, mas fique à vontade para trocar por a mesma quantidade de uma mistura pronta que você pode achar no mercado.</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">E é basicamente isso (além de bicarbonato de sódio e fermento em pó). Esse bolo de abóbora é super simples, saudável e tenho certeza de que você vai adorar!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Dica</strong>: A quantidade de farinha pode variar de acordo com a umidade do purê. Portanto, acaso o seu purê fique muito úmido, vá adicionando um pouco de farinha de coco até corrigir (até meia xícara a mais). Embora a farinha de coco seja muito absorvente, a massa não pode ficar muito aguada. Veja a foto abaixo da textura da massa.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>COMO FAZER O BOLO DE ABÓBORA</strong></h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Em uma tigela, bata os ovos e em seguida adicione o açúcar de coco, purê de abóbora, óleo e vinagre. Misture tudo até fica liso e homogêneo.</li>



<li>Depois adicione os ingredientes secos e misture até formar uma massa lisa. Adicione as nozes. Deixe a massa descansar por 5 minutos.</li>



<li>Transfira a massa para a forma e asse no centro do forno por&nbsp;40&nbsp;&#8211; 50 minutos, até que um palito inserido no centro saia limpo. Verifique em 30 minutos e cubra com papel alumínio se a parte superior estiver dourando muito rápido.</li>



<li>Deixe esfriar na forma por 5 minutos, depois transfira para uma gradinha e deixe o bolo de abóbora esfriar completamente, antes de fatiar.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="dicas-para-assar-com-farinha-de-coco"><strong>DICAS PARA ASSAR COM FARINHA DE COCO</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A farinha de coco pode ser difícil de assar se você nunca experimentou antes. Para começar, não age como qualquer outra farinha por aí. É incrivelmente absorvente, mas ao mesmo tempo não tem poder de liga. Então, basicamente, por si mesma, ela absorve todo o líquido, e algo que você assar só com ela ficará bem quebradiço e seco.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">É por isso que os ovos são os melhores amigos da farinha de coco. Eles têm proteínas que ajudam a dar liga a massa, pois ao mesmo tempo que fornecem estrutura, também adicionam umidade.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aqui estão algumas dicas para assar com a farinha de coco:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Use pelo menos 1 ovo para 1/4 xícara de farinha de coco.</li>



<li>Combine a farinha de coco com outras farinhas (gosto de amêndoas, quinoa e aveia), para dar uma textura mais leve e menos quebradiça.</li>



<li>Você não pode substituir a farinha de coco 1:1 por qualquer outra farinha &#8211; sugiro que você encontre outra receita que não dependa da farinha de coco.</li>



<li>A farinha de coco absorve mais líquido que outras farinhas, então você precisará adicionar mais leite, água ou ovos do que o normal, porque a farinha de coco é muito densa e seca. Isso também depende muito da marca da farinha de coco que você está utilizando, se for um resíduo do leite de coco, ele absorve menos líquido do que a farinha industrial (comprada no mercado). Portanto, é por isso que é importante ficarmos de olho no ponto da massa, para sabermos se precisa colocar um pouquinho mais de líquido ou não.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="substituicoes-para-bolo-de-abobora-com-farinha-de-coco"><strong>SUBSTITUIÇÕES</strong></h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Farinha de coco</strong>: infelizmente por ser a farinha principal, não pode ser substituída. Portanto, se você não encontrar a farinha de coco no mercado ou acha-la cara, faça a minha receita de&nbsp;<strong><a href="http://chefinhanatural.com.br/como-fazer-farinha-de-coco-caseira/">Farinha de Coco Caseira</a>.</strong></li>



<li><strong>Fécula de batata</strong>: você pode substituí-la por qualquer outro amido ou fécula que desejar (araruta, milho ou polvilho doce).</li>



<li><strong>Ovos</strong>: novamente, não substituíveis!&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Óleo</strong>: qualquer outro óleo leve funcionará aqui. Se você quiser fazer este bolo sem óleo, acho que possa usar leite de amêndoas ou leite de coco como substituto para o óleo, mas ainda não testei.</li>



<li><strong>Nozes</strong>: fique à vontade para deixá-las ou trocá-las por qualquer outra mistura que desejar (gotas de chocolate, pecans, coco ralado, etc.)</li>



<li><strong>Açúcar de coco:&nbsp;</strong>pelo valor nutricional e os benefícios do açúcar de coco eu não substituiria, mas sei que pode ser mais caro do que outro açúcar. Nesse caso eu recomendo usar açúcar demerara 1:1,&nbsp;embora o seu bolo de abóbora irá ficar um pouco mais doce ao paladar.&nbsp;</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Resposta curta: SIM! Você pode congelar totalmente o bolo de abóbora. Pessoalmente, prefiro congelar o meu bolo de abóbora com farinha de coco imediatamente, porque o mantém mais fresco.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O que eu sugiro fazer é, depois de deixar o bolo de abóbora esfriar, corte o bolo inteiro. Deixe uma fatia ou duas (ou três) fora para você comer naquele dia e no próximo e congele o resto. Eu simplesmente embrulho cada fatia de bolo em papel alumínio, coloco em um saco de congelamento e armazeno no freezer.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para reaquecer o bolo de abóbora, basta colocar a fatia de bolo na torradeira e torrá-la! A partir daí, eu tenho uma fatia de bolo de abóbora com farinha de coco perfeitamente torrada que está pronta para saborear!</p>
